摘要
碳化硅材料具有优良的高温力学性能和高比强度,通过粒子、晶须、纤维以及自增强等各种补强技术构成的碳化硅基复合材料已经成为当前陶瓷及其复合材料研究的一大热点,可望在航空航天、复合装甲、热引擎、汽车、机械、化工、能源等领域中得到广泛应用.本文就近十年来这方面的研究和发展加以综述.
SiC ceramics exhibit excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and high specific strength. SiC based composithes, reinforced by various strengthening and toughening techniques such as whiskerfibre-and in situ reinforcement, have akeady become the current focus of researches in ceramic matrix compeites, and they are expected to be widely used in the field of aerospace, automobile, mechanical industry, chexnital engineering, heat engine, Plate armour and energy resources. In the preseat Paper, the recent researches and deveolpmech of SiC based composites are reviewed.
