四硫富瓦烯衍生物/硬脂酸LB膜的表征 被引量:2

Characterization of Structure of Tetrathia-fulvalene Derivatives/Stearic Acid LB Films

摘要 研究了四(苄硫基)四硫富瓦烯/硬脂酸(TBT-TTF/SA)(1:1)LB膜、二(亚乙二硫基)四硫富瓦烯/硬脂酸(BEDT-TTF/SA)(1:1)LB膜和四(十六烷硫基)四硫富瓦烯/硬脂酸(THT-TTF/SA)(1:1)LB膜的结构.从X射线衍射结果得到了LB膜的层间距离.X射线衍射图显示了TBT-TTF/SALB膜和BEDT-TTF/SALB膜的层间结构由硬脂酸控制.从偏振红外结果计算出硬脂酸和四硫富瓦烯衍生物在LB膜中的取向角.根据分子取向角确定了LB膜的层间结构.用分子长度和分子取向角得到的层间距离与从X射线衍射得到的层间距离相吻合. Structures of LB films based on tetrabenzylthio-tetrathiafulvalene/stearic acid(TBT-TTF/SA)(1:1)、bis(ethyldithio)tetrathiafulvalene/stearic acid (BEST-TTF)/SA(1:1))and tetrahexadecylthio-tetrathiafulvalene/stearic acid(THT-TTF/SA(1:1))are described. The thickness per layer of LB films was obtained from the results of X-ray diffraction. The X-ray diffeaction pattern shows that the layer structures of TBT-TTF/SA (1:1)LB film and BEDT-TTF/SA (1:1) LB film are controlled by SA molecules. The orientation angles of TTF derivatives and SA in LB films were calculated from the results of thepolarized FT-IR. The layer structures of LB fllms were determined according to the molecular orientation angles. The thickness per layer obtained from the molecular length andthe molecular orientation angles is consistent with that from the result of X-ray Chaction.
