摘要 本文对宝钢容积4063m3的2号高炉无料钟衬板的服役条件及磨损机理进行了分析,在此基础上,对衬板的化学成分与显微组织进行了研究,并经模拟工况试验表明:含有W,V,Nb的高铬铸铁,经过合适热处理后,在显微组织中保持15%~20%的残余奥氏体的无料钟衬板,有利于耐磨性的提高。 The passage analyses the subordinate qualification and the wear mechanism of the No. 2 highfurnace interleaving board with No cone in bac-shan steel co., and the high furnace has a capacity of4063ms. On this basis, the chemicall composition and the micro-mechanism of the interleaving board isstudied. The simulated test for operating mode shows up this way: the interleaving board with no cone,which keeps. 15 % to 20K of the remaining austentic in the micro-mechanism, contributes to the improvement of the wear resistance. And this kind of interleaving boand with no cone mentioned above takes plaeafter the thermal treatment of the high chrornium-cast-iron, which contains W,V, and Nb.
