活塞自击式逐级延时引燃气体发生器装置设计及应用

摘要 为改进已有高能气体压裂气体发生器结构上的缺陷,设计出一种活塞自击式逐级延时引燃装置,该装置既可用于多级同步引燃压裂,又可用来逐级延时燃烧压裂和无需密封的热引燃式压裂,可扩大工艺范围及施工规模、提副曾产增注效果,并有利于套管及水泥环保护等优点.论文对活塞自击点火的可靠性、延时引燃的安全性和药柱保护管的耐压性进行了分析计算,经现场试验证明具有广泛地适用性和先进性. n order to overcome the defects of the structure of HEGF gas generator,a piston striking device which is ignited successively was designed.This device can not only be used in multistage synchronous ignition fracturing,but also be applied in combusting fracturing ignited successively and hot ignition fracturing without seal.It can enlarge the technological scope and construction scale,improve the results of production and injection,protect casing and cement loop. This paper analysed and calculated the reliability of piston striking,safety of delaying ignition and pressure resistance of the charge's protecting pipe. Field experiments results have prove that it is applicable and very advanced.
