摘要
实验用大白鼠,戍巴比妥钠腹腔麻醉,切断L2以下背腹根,脱去L1以下全部皮毛,静脉注射Evans蓝(40mg/kg),连续电刺激左侧膀胱神经,在同侧下肢皮肤及皮下可呈现点条状分布的蓝色渗出,而对侧则无,照相记录。并测定其皮肤及皮下Evans蓝含量,发现其与对侧相同区域、背部及腹部有显著性差异(P<0.05)。以上结果说明:刺激膀胱神经引起的同侧下肢皮肤血管扩张、血浆外渗等神经源性炎症反应是通过内脏躯体长轴突反射引起的。长轴突反射活动是穴位及经络活动的一部分,并参与牵涉痛机理的形成。为阐明经络生理实质及牵涉痛机理提供了可靠的证据。
Rats anaesthetized with sodium pentobarbitone were used in this experiment. All dorsal and ventral roots below L2 were cut and skin hairs were removed and venous injection of Evans blue (40mg/kg) was made. Continuous electric pulses stimulated left bladder nerve, blue oozes which showed points and/or stripe shape were found and recorded with photography in ipsilateral lower limb skin, while the right lower limb showed no changes.Content of Evans blue was measured and it showed significant difference(P<0. 05)with the same area of the right lower limb and back and abdominal region.The study indicated that stimulating the bladder nerve could cause dilatation of cutaneous blood vessels and extravasation of plasma ipsilaterally.This neurogenic inflammation was induced through long viscerosomatic axonal reflex. The long axonal reflex is a part of acupoints and meridian activities and ralated to mechanism of referred pain. This study provided a data to clarify the essence of meridian and the mechanism of referred pain.
