摘要
应用3H-TdR及14C-UR参入淋巴细胞的双标记方法,观察了淋巴细胞转化试验中细胞DNA及RNA的合成功能。结果表明,肿瘤患者在多抗甲素治疗前淋巴细胞的参入计数显著低于正常人,治疗后显著高于治疗前,但仍低于正常人。
Through the double labelling way of 3H-TdR and 14C-UR adding to the lymphocyte,the synthetic function of DNA and RNA was observed during the experiment of lympocyte transformation.the result showed that before the treatment with polyactin A, the participant count of lymphocyte of the tumor patient was obviously less than that of the normal people. but the participant count of lymphocyte after treatment with polyactin A is much more than the participant count of lymphocyte before the treatment, meanwhile, it is still less than the count of the normal people.
