摘要
应用数量遗传学的原理和方法,对泡桐树冠结构各组成部分与生长性状的遗传相关、表型相关进行了剖析,利用通径分析计算了这种相关的直接和间接通径系数,在此基础上建立了主要树冠性状与生长性状的选择指数、6性状综合选择指数的遗传进度、相对效率最高,确立了泡桐较为理想的冠型。
Phenotypic and genetics correlations between tree crown structure and growth characters of Paulownia were analysed by the theory of quantitative genetics, and direct and indirectpath coefficients of the correlations were calculated by path-analysis. The selection indexes ofcrown and growth characters were established and compared. Results showed that GS andRGS% of selection index combination of 6 characters were the highest in all the selection indexes. Reasonable tree crown structure was set up.
