摘要
研究了用高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中维生素C的含量,提出用两个波长下峰高比和保留时间相结合定性,从而大大提高了检测结果的可靠性,选择了移动相的最佳pH值。加标回收率为91.4%~98.1%,变异性为1.1%。
The content of vitamin C in vegetables and fruit measured by high-speed liquidchromatography is studied here. The determination is done by the combination of the two-wave peak toheight ratio and retention time, which is able to improve the reliability of measurement result with therate of recovecy as 91.4%~98;1%and variability as l.1%。
