摘要
甘薯种子有机物的积累,随授粉后天数的增加而递增。在授粉后15天以前,迅速增加,其后减缓。在成熟种子中,蛋白质占种子总重的30.63%,总糖占26.32%,脂肪占7.6%。
Accumulation of organic matter in sweet potato seed increased with days following pollination. In the first 15 days after pollination, ornagic matter increased rapidly, whereafter its rate of accumulation showed a decline . Protein , total sugar and fat accounted for 3 0 ~6 3 , 2 6 . 32 and 7.6% , respectively, of the total weight of the mature seed.
