摘要
在人工气候室中,研究了温度和光强对辣椒生殖器官脱落的影响。结果表明,“渝椒2号”和“湘研3号”在气候室处理1周中,低温(15℃/8℃,昼/夜温)下的开花数分别仅为中温处理(25℃/15℃)的18.7%和13.3%,而落花率则增加52.5%和44.5%;高温(35℃/25℃)处理开花数减少,落蕾数增加了19和6.6倍。田间观察8天表明,低温处理的植株落蕾数分别较中温处理增加1.9和3.7倍,高温处理则增加3.3和4.2倍。2个品种在弱光(5×10 ̄3lx)下,开花数分别为中光(2×10 ̄4lx)处理的46.1%和77.6%,落花率则增加36.8%和29.9%,落蕾数增加4.8和9倍。
A series of growth chamber experiments were conducted with two cultivars of pepperto determine the effects of impositlon of three temperature and two light intensities for oneweek on the reproductive organs abscission。 For cuItivar 'Yu-Jiao 2',and 'Xiang-Yan3' .under low temperature(LTR ,15℃day/8℃night)the number of flowers and thatpercentage of flower drop were l8.7%and l3.3%,1.5 and l.4 times that of intermediatetemperature(ITR,25℃/15℃),the number of flower bud abscission were 20 and 7.6times that of ITR under high temperature (HTR ,35 ℃/25℃).One week after tempera-ture test,the number of flower bud abscission under LTR and HTR were 2.9 and 5.3times that of ITR. Under low light intensity (5×10 ̄3lx),the number of flowers,flowerbud abscission and the percentage of flower drop for two cultivars were 4 6.1%and 77.6%.5.8 and l0 times,1.4 and l.3 times that of control(2×10 ̄4lx),respectively。
