摘要
研究了4个烟草杂交组合的性状遗传及各性状与净光合速率(Pn)的关系,结果表明:性状广义遗传力(hB2)大小顺序是叶片数>株高>节间距>茎围>现蕾期>最大叶长>最大叶叶位>最大叶宽。这些性状的遗传受核基因控制,其F1正反交无显著差异。F1株高、节间距、茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶宽、烟碱含量倾向于高值亲本,叶片数、最大叶叶位、现苗期倾向于低值亲本,而F1过氧化物酶活性随父本而异。单株净光合速率(Pn)与株高、茎围、节间距的关系在不同杂交组合的不同世代中均表现正相关,与单株叶片数、现蕾期的关系在不同组合的不同世代中均表现负相关。各世代平均Pn与上述性状的关系亦是如此,并与烟碱含量、气孔密度、最大叶长、最大叶宽及最大叶长宽比呈正相关。
The heredity of several characters and the relationship between these characters and net photosynthesis(Pn) of 4 tobacco combinations were studied.The results showed that:the order of the broad sense heritakility (hB2)of these characters was leaf number>plant height>internodal length>stem girth>floral initiation>maximum leaf length>position of the maximum leaf width of the maximum leaf.These characters are controlled by nuclear genes and there were no significant difference beween F1 reciporocals.The plant height,internodal length,stem girth,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width and nicotine content in F1 were inclined to the parent with higher values,The no.of leaves,maximum leaf position and floral initation inclined to the low value parents,but its peroxidase activity varied with the father parent.Pn is positively correlated with the plant height,stem girth,internodal length and negatively correlated with the leaves per plant and floral initiation in different generations of various cross combinations.Similar relationship were also observed in each generation.Pn was positively correlated with nicotine content,stomatoc density, maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width and L/W of maximum leaf in each generation.
