铋碲矿用HCl+FeCl3浸出。浸出液水解回收BiOCl;浸出渣经碱浸、净化、中和得二氧化碲或碱浸后净化、Na2SO3还原得粗碲粉。二氧化碲、碲粉经溶解、两次净化、中和、电积、铸型得1#精碲。
Bi-Te ore is leached with HCl+FeCl,Leached solution ishydrolyzed to recoyer BiOCl.The leached residue goes through alkalineleaching-purifica non-neutrallization to obtain TeO,or goes throughalkaline leaching-purification-reduction with Na2SO3 to obtain rough Tepowder.TeO2 and Te powder are subjected to dissolution-two-stagepurification-neutrallization-electrowinning-cast to obtain refined Te 1*
