LDH、MDH and G6PD Isozymes and Energy Metabolic Characteristics in the Domestic Fowl

摘要 采用不连续缓冲系统的PAGE法结合组织特异性染色和酶谱区带活性扫描技术,对家鸡个体发生中三种重要酶类LDH、MDH、G6PDM同工酶进行了测定,结果表明,LDH在家鸡胚胎期以B型酶为主,生后期胸肌LDH表现A型酶占主导地位,而肝脏、肾脏、心、眼、脑等组织继续保持B型酶的优势地位,基本不随家鸡生长而改变,MDH中S-MDH无论是在胚胎期还是在生后期在表达的量上都高于m-MDH。G6PD在家鸡胚胎期和未成年之前不显示明显的同工酶区带,成年之后仅在部分组织中出现活性带,依据三种同工酶在家鸡各组织器官中的表现特征,对其参与家鸡体内能量代谢调节和相互比例关系进行了讨论。 Using discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresi combined with tissuespecific staining method and zymogram band activity scanning techniques, the LDH, MDN andG6PD were investigated.The results showed that B-type LDH in chicken’s embryo period hadthe dominant part.After birth,the breast exhibited the leading proportion of A-type LDH, andthe liver, kidney, heart,eyelens, brain continuously maintained the advantagious position of theB-type LDH,roughtly had no distinct change with the growth of chicken. The expressionamount of s-MDH was higher than that of m-MDH. G6PD in chicken’s embryo and young peri-od had no clear zymogram band and only presented in part tissues in mature birds. The isozymesand energy metabolic regulation and the proportion of the lDH,MDH and G6PD within the bodyof chicken were discussed.
