摘要 研究了提高南方稀土混合氧化物纯度的工艺。研究结果表明:选择铵的强酸盐作浸矿剂,在浸矿剂中添加硫化铵等除杂剂并调节pH,对浸出的稀土料液调pH和加入除杂剂进行预处理;先用碳酸氢铵流出稀土,然后用草酸沉淀提纯;控制沉淀比、酸度和硫酸铵含量等条件,都可提高稀土纯度,且适合于处理各种料液。 The technology for purity improvement of composite RE oxides in south ore deposits is studied. Raw material is leached by a selected strong-acid ammonium salt at a control led PH and with addition of ammonium sulfide as purification reagent. Leached solution is pretreatmented with reagent at a proper PH. Pretreatmented solution is subjected to double precipitation first with ammonium bicarbonate and then with oxalic acid to obtain pure RE. Precipitating ratio, PH and amount of ammonium sulfate are important factors to RE purity. Aforesaid method is useful to various solutions.
