摘要
提出了表面活性剂增敏的碱性降解荧光法测定四环索新方法,四环素在0.5mol/LNaOH溶液中反应,生成强荧光降解物,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵后。四环素荧光强度增强150倍,浓度在9.0×10 ̄(-9)~1.0×10 ̄(-6)mol/L范围内荧光强度与四环素含量成正比。本法成功地用于尿液和血清中四环素的回收测定。
A New fluorimetric method, involving alkaline degradation and surfactantenhancement,is proposed for the determination of tetracycline. Tetracycline reacts with 0.3 mol/L NaOH and produces strong fluorescent species. Its fluorexcence intensity enhance about 1 5O-fold after degradation and adding CTMAB. Over the range of 9.0×10 ̄(-9)~1. 0×1O ̄(-6)mol/L,thefluorescence intensity of the degradation product is proportional to the concentration of tetracy-cline. The deterniination of tetracvcline in urine and serum is successful with satisfactorv recov-ery.
