摘要
在低于正常培育水温8~10℃C的环境条件下培育斑节对虾(PenaeusmonodonFabricius)幼体,从无节幼体第3~4期(N_(3-4))至后期幼体第1~2期(P_(1-2)),最低培育温度22℃,大部分时间试验为“低”水温(22~24℃),两年试验均获成功。N_(3-4)至P_(1-2)经历时间分别为17d和16d,幼体存活率分别为58.1%和53.6%,培育的幼体比正常水温下培育的幼体具体壮、质好、整齐划一等优点。
The satisfactory results were obtained in the cultivation of penaeus mondonlarval.In most time of cultivation,the water temperature was maintained at 22~24℃ whichwas 8~10℃ lower than the usual one.The larvae's development from N_(3-4) to P_(1-2) took 17 and16 days respectively and the survival rates were 58.1%and 53.6%。 Compared with the shrimplarvae cultivated in usual temperature, the shrimp larvae cultivated in lower temperature werestronger, healthier and more uniform.
