摘要
本文报道了一种活性炭富集比色测定水中痕量锰的方法。本法对水样8次平行测定的相对标准差为7.7%,加标回收率为97.9%~114.2%。用本法测定了6种实际样品,均检出锰。本法简便快速,不需复杂设备,适于基层实验室使用。
A colorimetric method for the determination of trace Mn in water was reported. Mn was preconcentrated with activated carbon in pH9 and eluted with 16% H_3PO_4 then determined by colorimetry with KIO_4. The coefficient of variance (n=8) and recovery were 7.7%and 97.7%-114%respectively. The proposed method was applied to tap water, rain water, spring water and mineral water, the content of Mn was in the level of μg/L for all tested samples.
