摘要 异翅独尾草(Eremurusanisopterus)子房内部结构特殊,子房壁内外表层细胞特化,腔内具贮水组织;胚珠外面覆以特殊附属物──假种皮;珠心组织在珠孔端及合点端细胞具明显的极性分化,胚囊为7细胞8核的葬型结构.助细胞的丝状器发达;中央细胞向合点方向延伸,形成盲囊结构,次生核形成后规律地向合点方向移动,甚至进入盲囊;反足细胞早期退化.珠孔受精,胚乳沼生目型,合子具较长的休眠期,原还发育缓慢,总之,异翅独尾草的有性生殖,在许多方面与百合科的知母等有共同之处,但也有其自身的明显特殊性,并充分反映了旱生、短命植物的特点. The structure of ovary is very unique in Eremurus anisopterus, in which there are a specifical epidermis on inner and outer sides, and a water tissue is present inside of the ovary cavity. It is worthy of noted that the nucellus to be surrounded by both integument and aril could divide into two different regions of cells: a quite elongate cells at micropylar end and a isodiametric cells at chalazal end. So a polar organization of ovule and nucellus is very prominent in Eremurus anisopterus. The embryo sac consisting of 7 cells and & nuclei produces a chalazal caecum as a consequence of extension of the central cell. It is interesting to note that the secondary nucleus of central cell was usually moved toward or into the caecum after fertilization. The synergids with filiform apparatus and antipodal cells degenerated at early stage were a common feature in Eremurus and some other taxa of Liliaceae. In addition, the sexual reproduction of E. anisopterus are similar to Anemarrhena asphodeloides in having the endosperm of Helobiol type and embryo of Onagrad type. To sum up, this species is a xerophyte and short-lived plant.
