摘要
三甲基甲硅烷基异恶唑的负离子与P-取代苄腈(2a)~(2e),反应制得的N-甲硅烷基-1-氮杂烯丙基负离子(3a)~(3e),在无水四氢呋喃存在下与过量查耳酮(4a)反应,生成相应的吡啶衍生物(5a)~(5e),回收率达40~70%.但从(3a)与肉桂醛(4b)以及甲基乙烯酮(4c)的反应结果分析,未能得到目的生成物(5f)和(5g).前者只得到组成极复杂的反应混合物;后者则回收到(3a)的烯胺.
The preparation of five Pyridine derivatives(5a) ~ (5e)is reported. An N - silyl - 1 - aza-allyl anions (3a)- (3e) generated from N- silylcarbanion (1 ) of 3-methyl-5- (trimethylsilylmethyl)isoxazole and p-substituted benzonitrile (2a ) ~ (2e ) (R1=H.CH3,CH3O,CL,CF3 ).reacted with an excessive amount of chalcone(4a)in the presence of dry tetrahydyofuran to provide the corresponding five pyridine derivatives (5a ) ~ (5e ) in good yields(40.62. 52. 51, and. 70% respectively), but the same reaction of anion (3a ) and cinnamaldehyde (4b). methylvinyl ketone (4c) did not give the expectation result.
