摘要
作者对排球、体操、铅球和射箭等不同专项运动负荷下运动员近节指骨形态变化进行了探索。结果表明:静力性负荷(挤压力)对铅球、射箭运动员近节指骨横径的增加、管状骨骨皮质的增厚有明显的影响,且二者成正比,但骨髓腔径则随管壁的增厚而缩小。动力性负荷(冲击力)对排球、体操运动员近节指骨的横径、髓腔径增加有明显的影响,但骨壁则较薄。
study has been made on the
morphologic changes of athlete's proximal phalangeswhich are caused by the athletic loads of
different special event groups such as volleyball,gymnastics,shot and archery etc.It was
pointed out that the force of shot,and archery actedon proximal phalanges was the static
loads(extruding force),and that the force of volley-ball,gymnastics acted on proximal phalanges
is dynamic loads(shocking force).The staticloads obviously increased the proximal phalanges
transverse diameter and grew in thicknessof cortex,and the increase of the diameter is directly
proportional to the growth in the thick-ness,however diameter of medullary cavity decreased
with thickness of cortex. The dynamicloads obviously increased the transverse diameter of
proximal phalanges and diameter ofmedullary cavity,but the cortex was always thinner.
