摘要
对34例糖尿病母亲婴儿（IDMs）早期并发症进行分析。结果：合并窒息14.7％，巨大儿26．5％，低血糖症32．3％，低血钙症29．4％，高胆红素血症35．3％，红细胞增多症29．4％，先天畸形11．8％，其中巨大儿、低血糖症、低血钙症的发生与母亲糖尿病分级有关。本文同时对各并发症的发生机理进行了讨论，提出了对孕妇糖尿病及时治疗和对胎儿生后进行各项监测的重要性。
