摘要
30只高氟区出生的6月龄山羊,分为三组,每组10只。一组对照,其它二组分别给100g混合饲料(含玉米、麸皮、CaCO_3及CuSO_4,Ca:P=1.5:1),或100g黄豆/h/d,为期6个月,旨在研究第一枯草期补充营养是否可减轻工业氟污染对山羊的危害,以及观察补充营养对动物整体健康水平的影响。结果指出,补饲期间发育的第一对切齿,其硬度随饲料蛋白质增加而提高,经过一个青草期磨损,第一切齿高度分别为6.2±0.8mm(对照组),8.9±2.0mm(混合料)及11.1±1.3mm(黄豆组)。两个补饲组的血红蛋白、总蛋白及白蛋白,以及黄豆组母羊的初胎率均明显增加。
This paper employed 30 goats,6 months old,born in high fluoride area, to testwhether nutrition supplementation during the dry grass season,in which grass fluorideis high and goats are short of nutrition,can alleviate damage of industrial fluoride togoats. These goats were divided into three groups of ten each.The control goat's dietswere not supplemented. The goats in the two treatment groups were supplemented either100g of mixed feed containing corn,wheat bran, CaCO_3 and CuSO_4 (Ca:P=1.5:1)or100g of soybean meal per head per day for six months.The results show that toothquality was improved with increased protein of feed.The first pair of incisors,develo-ped during the feed supplementation period and measured after they were worn for asucceeding six months green grass season,had heights of 6.2+0.8mm(control),8.9+2.0mm (mixed)and 11.1+ 1.3mm (soybean).Hemoglobin, total protein and albuminof two treatment groups,and pregnancy numbers of soybean group increased signific- anly in comparison with those of control.
