摘要
研究了匹配电路对压电超声换能器共振频率及其振动特性的影响;分析了由匹配电路和换能器组成的能量传输系统的有效机电耦合系数与匹配电路参数之间的关系。理论与实验表明,由电感和电容组成的匹配电路,使换能器的共振频率发生了变化。通过合理选择匹配电路参数,可提高系统的机电耦合系数,增大声功率输出。
The effects of matching circuit on resonant frequency and vibrational charac- teristics of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers were studied.The relation between effective elec-tromechanical coupling coefficlent and parameters of matching circuit was analyzed.The theory and the experiment show that the matching circuit composed of an inductor and a capacitor can change the resonant frequency and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient.The transmission efficiency and the coupling between ultrasonic generator and transducer can be improved by chang- ing the parameters of matching circuit.
