摘要
本文研究了减少焊接层数、增大线能量对焊接接头金相组织及力学性能的影响,并提出了球罐焊接线能量控制不应超过立焊工艺评定所确定的线能量范围。
The influence of decreasing layers and increasing heat input on metallographic organization and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. Welding heat input of the spherical tank,which is within the limits defined by vertical position welding procedure qualification is put forward by those research results.
