摘要
N-氨基甲酸酯农药经二次水解可产生经胺,利用径胺的还原性可将Fe3+定量还原为Fe2+。后者与邻菲罗啉生成桔红色络合物,λmax=508nm,可用于试样的分光光度法测定,其线性范围在4.2x10-6~2.1x10-5mol/L。
The mechanism and conditions of the title-method have been studied. N-carbamate is converted to hydroxylam in e by two step hydroly tic reactions.Tak in g advan tages of the red ucingproperty of hydroxylamine, Fe3+ was reduced tO Fe2+ quantitatively。 The reaction between Fe2+and O-phenanthroline gives a complex compound with orange red colour(λmax=508nm). So thecarbamate pesticiue would be succesfully determined by spectrophotometry。 U nder the experimentalcondItions, the Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 4.2x 10-6-2.1x10-5mol/L。
