摘要
为证实高三尖杉酯碱脂质体用于兔滤过术失败是受脂质体制备的影响,还是高三尖杉酯碱(Ho-moharringtonine,HHT)自身的原因,就HHT注射液对兔滤过术的作用进行了研究。结果显示,术后实验眼的平均眼压及平均滤泡得分与对照眼无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照眼的滤泡于术后7天失败,实验眼的于术后9天失败。从术后5~20天,实验眼与对照眼的巩膜瘘道阻塞率均为100%。上述结果与作者应用HHT脂质体的实验结果基本一致,显示HHT注射液与HHT脂质体一样未能抑制兔结膜成纤维细胞生长及胶原合成,未能提高青光眼滤过术的成功率。
o confirm that the failure of glaucoma filtering
surgery(GFS)with adjunctive Homoharringtonine(HHT)liposomes in
rabbits in our former experiment was a result of preparation of
liposomes or by HHT itself,we evaluated the efficacy of adjunctive
HHT solution on GFS in rabbits in this study. Posterior lip
sclerectomies were performed on both eyes of 16 rabbits. 0.075mg of
HHT solution was given subconjuncti-vally in one eye of each of 16
rabbits on the first post-op day and every other day hereafter.The
fellow eyes received subconjunctival normal saline post-op and served
as control.The mean IOP was slightly lower and mean bleb scores were
mildly improved in the treated eyes than that in the control eyes
post-op,yet there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The bleb in
the treated eyes failed in 9 days post-op and the bleb in the control
eyes failed in 7 days.From day 5 to day 20,the rate of sclera fistula
occlusion was 100/in both groups.These results were consistent with
the experimental results of using HHT liposomes on GFS in rab-bits
and showed that HHT solution like HHT liposomes can neither inhibit
fibroblast proliferation and syn-thesis of collagen fibers nor
enhance success rate of GFS in rabbits in our experiment.We thought
that the main reason for the failure of adjunctive HHT may be
relative to lower dose of administering HHT.
