辅酶A实验性治疗动物晶体伤显微研究初步报告(一)

摘要 我们观察到实验性晶体穿孔伤,用辅酶A治疗,能促进晶体前囊下立方上皮细胞移行生长,形成新的囊愈合前囊伤口.用辅酶A治疗晶体伤的最佳剂量为每天每公斤体重10u,最佳给药途径为静脉加球结膜下注射,适用于晶体伤口直径≤1mm,伤后24小时内者,疗程2周.为临床治疗晶体穿孔伤提供参考. We have observed that the experimentalinjuried lenses treatet by CoA, which stimulating the growth of the subcapsular cube epicyte of the lens, and the formation of the new capsule on the wound. The optimum dosage is 10 u per kg erery day. The optimum route of administration is iv & sc. The condition is that CoA should be used within 24 hours, the diameter of the lens (of the ) injury should be≥l. 0mm, treatment must continue for two weeks. This research is significant for clinical treatment of injuried lenses.
