摘要
本文用HPLC方法测定了12种中药制剂中黄芩甙含量,所建立的色谱方法使12种中药制剂及生药中黄芩甙与其它成分均达较好的分离。本文还对生药中黄芩甙的提取条件进行了考察,结果表明以45%甲醇超声提取方法较佳。该法简便、快速、精密度好。适合制剂生产中多批量样品的质量控制。
This paper reports a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method to determine baicalin in chinese patent medicines and in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.The result of experiment shows that the mobile phase of 0.2mol/L NaH2PO4(pH2.7)-methanol(45:55)can give baicalin a good separation with other interference peaks in 12 chinese patent medicines and in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.The investigation of different extraction produre from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi shows that ultrasonic vibration method with 45% methanol can get the highest amount of extract and is better than the reflux method.The method described is simple and easy to operate.
