摘要
以咪康唑为内标,建立了动态改性高效液相色谱法测定益康唑及其栓剂中的益康唑含量。采用未化学修饰的硅胶色谱柱,甲醇(内含十六烷基三甲基溴化铵8mmol/L)-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH:7.3)63:37)为流动相,流速1.5ml/min,230nm波长处检测。在0.01~0.12mg/ml浓度范围,被测组份与内标物峰面积比与样品浓度呈良好线性,样品平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.91%,方法简便、灵敏、专属且峰形好。
A dynamically modified-HPLC method with miconazole as internal standard has been studied to determine econazole and its pessaries, The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column, Spherisorb silica(5μm):mobile phase, methanol(containing cetyltrimethylammonium bromide 8mmol/L)-phosphate bu buffer (pH:7.3(63: 37): flow rate,1.5ml/min,detected at 230nm. There is a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 01~0.12mg/ml,and the method is simple, rapid, specific and has a good peak shape. The average recoveries from pessaries were 99.9%,RSD=0.91%.
