摘要
对76例高血压病患者进行了培哚普利不良反应的临床观察.结果表明:不良反应发生频次依次为干咳11例(14.5%),肾功异常2例(2.6%),便秘2例(2.6%),皮疹1例(1.3%),口干1例(1.3%);日剂量8mg和4mg时,咳嗽的发生率分别为33%和9%.有显著性差异(p<0.05).为减少不良反应的发生,建议用药剂量不要偏大,对近期内有呼吸道炎症或肾功不全者慎用.
Qiinical observation was undertaken in 76 patients with essential hypertension treated with perindopril. The adverse reactions in order of incidence were cough (11 cases, 14. 5%), impairment of renal function(2 cases, 2. 6%), constipation(1 case, 1. 3%), skin rash(1 case, 1. 3%), dry mouth. To reduce side effects of perindopril the drug should not be used in patients with recent inflammation of respiratory system or renal dysfuntion.
