摘要
本文观察了DMAP,Co_2 EDTA和NaNO_2对犬心脏血流动力学的影响。iv DMAP 3.2mg/kg后LVP及其±dP/dtmax短暂轻度增加,CI,MAP,TPVR,LVWI和HR在30 min内基本稳定,至60 min时CI,LVWI和-dp/dtmax下降。iv Co_2EDTA 15mg/kg或NaNO_2 20 mg/kg后10 min MAP,CI,LVWI,LVP,±dP/dtmax及TPVR(Co_2EDTA组除外)降低最明显,60 min时NaNO_2组CI,MAP,TPVR,LVP和LVWI及Co+2EDTA组CI和LVWI仍然下降。Co_2EDTA组TPVR 1min时下降,5 min见恢复,60min上升。表明(1)DMAP能维持血压和外周血管张力平稳,使心脏舒缩性能短暂轻度增强;(2)Co_2EDTA初期降压系由其扩张血管和抑制心功能所致,后期降压主要由后者引起;(3)NaNO_2降压作用系通过扩张外周血管和抑制心功能所致。
The effects of 4-dime-thylaminophenol (DMAP),dicobalt edetate (Co2EDTA),and sodium nitrite (NaNO2)on cardiohemodynamics were studied in dogs.DMAP 3.2 mg/kg (n=6)iv increased left ventricular pressure (LVP)and its±dp/dtmax temporarily,while the mean aortic pressure (MAP),cardiac index (CI),heart rate (HR),and left ventricular work index (LVWI)remained at the basic values for 30 min.At 60 min after DMAP administration,CI,LVWI and -dP/dtmax decreased,while other parameters unchanged in significantly.Intravenously injections of Co2EDTA 15 mg/kg (n=6)or NaNO2 20 mg/kg (n = 5)produced the maximal decreases in MAP,CI,LVWI,LVP and its ±dP/dtmax,and TPVR (except Co2EDTA)at 10 min after medication.Until 60 min,the MAP,CI,TPVR,LVP and LVWI of the NaNO2 group,and the CI and LVWI of the Co2EDTA group were stilllowered than those of the control.Co2EDTA caused a sudden drop of TPVR,returned at 5 min,and increased at ? min.These results suggest that (1)DMAP increases the systolic and diastolic properties,of the heart temporarily and slightly,and remains the blood pressure and peripheral vascular tone unaltered; (2)the hypotensive effects of Co2EDTA is due to both its peripheral vasodilatation and inhibition of cardiac functions at early phase,while in the later stage mainly due to the latter; and (3)the obvious depressive action of NaNO2 may be caused by both its dilative effects on peripheral blood vessels and depressant effects on cardiac function.
