微波辐射对小鼠精子畸形率及骨髓嗜多染细胞微核检出率的影响 被引量:5

Effects of microwave irradiation on incidence of micronucleus of poly-chromatic erythrocytes (PCE) in the bone marrow and the malformation rate of sperm in mice

摘要 小鼠分别用20,30,40 mW/cm^2微波照射,结果发现照射后d 4,10,30,精子畸形率与对照组比有显著差异(p<0.05,P<0.01);d 30则三个剂量组均呈很显著差异(p<0.01)。48 h后骨髓嗜多染细胞微核检出率与对照组比有显著差异(p<0.05),96 h后则无显著差异。可以认为微波对小鼠体细胞和生殖细胞有致突变作用,且对生殖细胞影响更明显;精子畸形以胖头样为主;但微核无累加现象。 The purpose of the project is to study the mutagenic effect of microwave on animal's germinal and somatic cells in order to find out its long-term effects,to acquire more understanding of microwave and to make protective measures.This experiment was carried out in the microwave dark room.Mice were irradiated with 2450 MC consecutive wave and calibrated With type 8616 microwave-meter produced by Nadar Company.Mice in the low,middle and high dosage groups were irradiated respectively with 20,30,40 mW/cm2 Meanwhile,the positive control group and the negative control group were set,each with 20 male mice.The positive control one was irradiated by 150Rγ-ray.All the mice were sacrificed in batches on the d 4,10 and 30 after the exposure and the sperms in epididymides were examined.The result showed that on the d 4 and 10 the sperms in the high dose group were significantly or very significantly different,respectively (p<0.05,p<0.01),in comparison with that of the negative control one.On the d 30,the sperms in middle and low dose groups were very significantly different,from that of the negative control one.The smears of bone marrow of femurs of mice on the d 2 and 4 following exposure were observed.Micronucleus rate of poly chromatic erythrocytes in the bone marrow after 48 hwas statistically singnificantly different from that of the negative control group (p<0.05,p<0.01),while there was no significant different after 96 h (p<0.05).So we conclude that microwave at certain intensity can cause the increase of micro-nucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocytes in the bone marrow and of sperm's teratogeny rate,which tends to increase with increasing of dose while micronulclei did not accumulate.The immature sperms are suceptible to microwave.Microwave has more distinct effect on germinal cells than on somatic cells.The abnormal shapes of sperms varies from big head,banana,double heads and tails,folded tails to amorphous shape,among which the shape of fat head is the main one.
