以乙酰水杨酸制成乙酰水杨酰氯,再与对-乙酰氨基苯酚反应得贝诺酯(benorylate,2-乙酰氧基苯甲酸-4′-乙酰氨基苯酯)的粗品。用活性炭脱色和乙醇重结晶得到符合卫生部标准的药品。本文介绍了影响贝诺酯生产的各种因素。
This paper describes the synthesis ofbenorylate(4′-acetamino-phenyl-2-acetoxybe-nzoate),a derivative of acetylsalicylic ac-id,which is made into acetyl salicyliyl c-hloride and then reacted with N-acetyl-p-aminophenol in an inert solventThe product is recrystallised from eth-anol.Factors influensing the yield such ascatalyst,temperature,purity of raw materia,etc,were discussed
