摘要
本文用IEM—PC电子计算机、精密磁带记录仪及实时窄带频谱分析仪,对8名健康青年持续发i音嗓音的频率微扰(Jitter)值,频率微扰百分比(JR)值,振幅微扰(Shimmer)值及谱波与噪音比(R/N)值等四个声学参数进行分析。结果:Jitter值为0.017~0.037mesec,JR值为0.443~0.910%,Shimmer值为0.185~~0.600dB,H/N比值为9.130~17.348。提出国内在噪音分析中尚未应用的声学检测方法。通过实验认为该方法可以作为一种噪音分析的客观检查手段,用于对发音的生理基础研究和由于不同喉病所致病态嗓音进行客观定量分析,记录和疗效观察。
Small cycle-to-cycle variations of voice fundamental frequency (vocal jitter) Jitter ratio (JR) , amplited variation (vocal Shimmer) and Harmonics to noise (H/N) ratio were examined for sustained phonations of vowel (i) produced by 8 young persons. The results showed: the jitter values ranged from 0.017—0.037 mesec, the JR values from 0.443—0.910%, the Shimmer values from 0.185—0.600 dB and the values of H/N from 9.130—17.348. The measured values might be a useful index in screening for laryngeal disorders and for definitive diagncsis of such disordors and could also assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment for hoarseness.
