摘要
本文探讨高氟区骨龄延迟青少年血清hGH对L-dopa及Inderal双重刺激的反应。结果发现其高峰反应值较同地区及非高氟区骨龄正常青少年明显减低(p<0.01),提示高氟可能作为影响hGH的分泌释放因素。并结合实验原理初探其发生机理。
Plasma human growth hormone (hGH) response to L-dopa and Inderal on endemic fluoride-induced retard of skeletal age in adolescent is discribed in this paper. The results showed that the peak levels of serum hGH in skeletal age retard group in the fluorosis area responding to oral administration of L-dopa and Inderal were significantly lower than those of the groups with normal skeletal age (p<0.01). These findings indicated that the endemic high fluoride was an important factor for inducing retard sheletal of age in adelescent, which might inhibit secreting releasing of hGH.
