类比与肠缺血—再灌注损伤早期诊断

摘要 绞窄性肠梗阻系指伴有肠壁血运障碍的肠梗阻,原因可为肠系膜血管受压、血栓形成或栓塞、或因肠管高度膨胀,使肠壁小血管受压而使相应肠段急性缺血。手术解除肠绞窄恢复血运,又诱导了再灌注的病理过程,造成迟发性肠组织损伤。传统诊断方法依赖典型症状和体征,一旦能确诊,病情多已进入晚期。早期诊断寄希望于实验室检查,寻找简便有效的生物医学指标成为解决问题的关键。80年代以来,研究者运用类比的思维方法,先后提出数种实验室诊断指标,使肠缺血—再灌注损伤早期诊断研究有了实质性的进展。
