摘要 川芎嗪(四甲基吡嗪Tetramcthyl-Pyrazine)系川芎的有效成份之一。为研究其在机体内的作用途径和在细胞、组织、器官内的定位分布,本文采用光、电镜放射自显影方法,观察~3H-川芎嗪在小鼠体内的分布。结果:动物各器官、组织的形态结构均无异常改变。~3H-川芎嗪的敏感靶器官是肝脏还发现肝脏中的部分示踪剂可经胆汁排泄途径进入消化管道,被小肠上皮重吸收;~3H-川芎嗪亦能透过血脑屏障进入大脑;最终主要经肾脏从尿液中排出体外。本实验验证了中药川芎的药性归经理论,并为该药物的药理研究提供了形态学依据。 Tetramethyl-Pyrazine is one of the effective ingredients in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. In this study, the Light and Eiectron tMicroscopic Autoradiography was adopted to observe the distribution of ~3H-Tetramethyl-Pyrazine in mice, for the purpose of determining the pathway by which TetramethylPyrazine makes its effect. The results are as follows: The morphological structure of the organs and tissues were not changed, and the target organ sensative to Tetramethyl-Pyrazine is the liver. Moreover, it was found that some of the labelled compounds in the liver may enter the digestive tract through the bile duct and then be reabsorbed by the intestinal epithelia. ~3H-Tetramethyl-Pyrazine may also enter the cerebrum through the blood-cerebral barrier and is excreted out off the body mainly through the kidneys. This experiment proves the validity of the theory that Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. passes through the Liver Channel and the Gallbladder Channel, and provides a morphological basis for the study of the pharmacological reaction of this herb.
