摘要
利用ICP-AES和AAS测得大熊猫、黑熊和小熊猫毛发中Mg、Al、P、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Sr、Cd、Ba、Hg和Pb等21种无机元素。对几种与生理机能密切相关的元素的组分含量进行对比分析结果表明:大熊猫毛发中元素V、cu以及Cd的含量高于黑熊和小熊猫,而Zn和Se的含量低于黑熊和小熊猫;与黑熊和小熊猫相反,大熊猫雄兽毛发中元素K和Mn的含量高于雌兽含量。
The contents of inorganic elements including Mg, Al, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se,Sr,Cd,Ba,Hg and Pb in the hairs of 3 species of wild animals, 11 Ailuropoda Melanoleucus(5♂, 6♀), 9 Selenarctos thibetanus(4♂,5♀)and 6 Ailurus fulgens(3♂,3♀) were determined by the instruments of ICP-AES and AAS. The results indicate that thecontents of V,Cu and Cd in the hairs of Ailuropoda melanoleucus are higher than those of Selenarctos thibetanus and Ailurus fulgens, but the content of Zn and Se are lower than those of the other 2 animals. In the hairs of male Ailuropoda melanoleucus the content of K is higher than that of the female,and the content of Mn of the female is higher than that of the male. According to the results above we infer that the low breeding rate and high incidence of diseases of Ailuropoda melanoleucus are greatly related to the contents of elements V, Cu, Cd, Zn, Se, Mg and K.
