摘要
本文利用金相显微镜和电子探针等现代科学仪器,对用铸造碳化钨强化的牙轮钻齿进行了失效分析;同时对近几年出现的卓有成效的牙轮钻齿面强化新材料,进行了堆焊试验和使用试验.大幅度地提高了牙轮钻的使用寿命。
The failure analysis of tri -cone drill tooth reinfored with casting tungsten carbied are carried out by metallurgical microscope and electron probe in this paper,and it has made that welding-on and service test for the new tooth-face strengthening materials. The testing result showed tbat the tri-cone drill's service life is greatly increase.
