摘要
白首乌总甙是白首乌的有效成份之一,为研究白首乌总甙在动物体内的作用途径和定位分布,探讨中药白首乌的归经问题,作者采用显微放射自显影方法,观察了~3H—白首乌总甙在小白鼠体内的分布状况。结果:小白鼠体内各组织、器官的形态结构未见异常;示踪剂较多地分布在肝脏、脾脏和睾丸内,并在脾内T、B淋巴细胞分布区域显示出选择性分布特点,提示上述为对~3H—白首乌总甙敏感的组织器官;示踪剂绝大部分经肾脏从尿液中排出体外。实验结果不仅较好地附合了中医关于白首乌归经于肝肾,并能补肝肾、益精血的论述,同时还为近年来关于白首乌增强机体免疫功能的研究提供了形态学依据。
Baishouwu total glucoside is one of the effective ingredients in Baishouwu. Microscopic Autoradiography was adopted in this study to observe the distribution of ~3H-Baishouwu total glucoside in the cells. tissues and organ of mice in order to study the route by which Baishouwu total glucosidebrings on an effect. The results are as follows. The morphological structure of the organs and tissues were not changed. The labelled compounds were distributed mostly in the liver. spleen and testis, and characteristics of selective distribution mere manifested in the distribution area of T and B lymphocytes in the spleen, indicating that the target organs are sensative to Baishouwu total glucoside should be the liver, spleen and testis. The labeled compounds were wainly excreted from the body through the kidneys. This experiment not only supports the'attributive channel'of Baishouwu to nourish the liver and kidney, and to supply the essence and blood but also provides a morphological basis for the studies on strengthening immunity functions with this herb.
