摘要
从油田生产实际出发较全面地研究了高含水原油的流变特性,即含水原油的木构方程及特点;原油含水率与视粘度的关系;原油剪切速率与视粘度的关系;原油视粘度与油温的关系等,给出了测试的相应曲线和回归方程,并对曲线进行了分析。应用文中给出的流变参数的回归方程可进行气体-非牛顿型流体压降计算,对管道设计和改造有着重要意义。
from the reality of cilfield , this article stud ies the rheological property of highly-watery crude in an all-round way. ie,tbe constitutive equation of wa tery crude and its characteristics lthe relationship be tween water Content ratio of crude with apparent vis cosityl tbe relationship between crude shear speed with epparent viscosity; the relationship between ap parent viscosity of crude with crude temperatures etc, shows tested corresponding curves and regression equations, and analyses the curves. Applving the regression equation of rheological parameters given by the article, gas pressure-drop of nonnewtonian type can be calculated. It has important value to pipeline design and tewamp.
