摘要
泥浆转化为水泥浆(MTC)技术,即在钻井地层所用泥浆中加入可水化材料,将其转变为可用于固井的水泥浆的一种工艺技术,在提高固井质量、节约成本上有很大潜力,已受到固井界的广泛重视。本工作用水淬高炉矿渣及激活剂BA-1将渤海石油公司三口井的现场聚合物泥浆在室内成功地转化为可固化的水泥浆,并借助促凝剂BA-2和缓凝剂MT-1、MT-2调出了能满足固井施工要求的水泥浆。
Three polymer drilling muds taken from the well sites of Bohai Offshore Oil Company have successfully been converted into settable cement slurries in laboratory by addition of cold quenched blast furnance slag powder, activator BA-1, accelerator BA-2, retarders MT-1 and WT-2. The slag-mud slurry properties and the strength of solidified material are acceptable for common cementing practize, including adjustable solidification time,good suspension stability and good tolerency to mud contamination. The formulations and properties of these slag-mud slurries are presented and discussed.
