摘要
利用改进的倾斜转滴技术研究了化学驱油体系中碱、表面活性剂、聚合物和盐对孤立油滴聚并的影响,并利用聚并实验数据对界面粘度进行了推算。发现在面活性剂的存在不利于油滴的聚并,盐和聚合物的存在可提高油滴聚并速率,碱对聚并的影响具有表面活性剂和盐的双重作用。
The coalescence of Karamay crude oil drops in various aqueous chemical flooding solutions were studied by using an improved inclined spinning drop method under controlled conditions.The aqueous solutions used were:distilled water and solutions of petroleum sulfonate(PS,TRS 10-410),NaCl,Na2CO3,HPAM (AT530),PS/NaCl,Na2CO3/PS and Na2CO3/NaCl.From the experimental data obtained the coalescing rates,interfacial tensions(IFTs) and viscosities(IFVs) are determined.It is shown that NaCl and AT530 promote and TRS10-410 impedes the drop coalescence;Na2CO3 at lower concentrations impedes and at higher concentrations promotes the drop coalescence; for the systems with higher IFVs the coalescing rates were smaller;no direct corelation was found between IFTs and coalescing rates.
