摘要
本文报道一种由脂肪族二元伯胺单高氯酸盐与3,4-二氢-2H-吡喃-5-醛(3)一步环化缩合合成具有特殊结构的含γ-羟丙基西佛碱型大环四胺(5,6)新的简捷方法,该法反应条件温和,产物溶解性能好且易于处理,产率达52~55%。在无高氯酸存在的条件下,脂肪族二元伯胺与3缩合只能得到半关环产物7,8。
An efficient method for the synthesis of new Schiff base macrocyclic polyamines 5 and 6 with γ-hydroxypropyl groups is described. These new compounds have been prepared by one step cyclizative condenzation reaction of aliphatic diamine monohydroperchlorates with 3,4 -dihydro-2H-pyran-5-carbaldehyde (3), and are soluble in most organic solvents. The method is very convenient and a yield of 52- 55% can be obtained, without perchloric acid have given only acyclic products 7 and 8.
