闭式涡轮搅拌萃取塔液滴直径的估算

摘要 本文利用均匀各向同性湍流特性分析连续相湍流脉动对液滴大小的影响,得出搅拌强度和液滴平均直径之间的关系。根据所使用的三种塔几何结构所得的实验数据检验,理论分析结果与实验所得结果能较好地相符。本文也讨论了分散相存留分数对平均液滴直径的影响。 In the paper the effect of continuous phase turbulance pulsation on the drop size was analysed according to the characteristics of isotropic turbulance. The relation of the mixing intensity and the average drop size was elicited. After being tested by the experimental results from three geometrically different columns, the theoretical results were found in good accordance with the experimental ones. The effect of the hold-up of dispersed phase on the drop size was also discussed.
