摘要 研究了两系杂交粳稻制种最佳抽穗扬花期的选择,建立父母本双强群体结构,促进盛花期及花时相遇,喷施“九二零”,提高异交结实率,以及防止自交混杂等高产制种技术。 The optimum heading and flowering time in two-line japonica hybrid rice seed productionshould be arranged according to the stability of fertility of the sterile lines and the favourable climatic condi-tions for flowering.In the middle area of Yangtze River, the optimum initial heading date for two-linejaponica hybrid seed production is August 12~13, no later than August 15. In order to ensure synchroniza-tion of flowering between the male and female parents, the female parent N5088S should head 1~2 daysearlier than the male parent R187, and the female 7001S head 2~3 days earlier than the male 1514. To in-crease the outcrossing rate, some measures such as spraying GA3(180~210 g/ha), removing dew dropsfrom the sterile plants, clipping leaves and supplementary pollination should be taken.Furthermore, it isimportant to prevent from self pollination,which results from fertility alteration of the sterile lines and caus-es decrease in seed purity.
