摘要
根据粳型光敏核不育系N5088S“一系两用”的特点,把N5088S的原种生产程序定为“三圃一田法”(即单株选择圃、分系鉴定圃、混系繁殖圃及原种生产田).并采用“缩短母本繁殖代数、选择好母本繁殖田、严格操作”等措施防杂保纯,使N5088S种子纯度始终保持在99.5%以上。
In the production of foundation seeds of N5088S, a japonica PGMS line in rice,it was sug- gested that the identification of both the sterility of the main crop in the sterile stage and the fertility of the ratoon crop in the fertile period should be done for two years at least with the typicalness of selected single plants coincident with their population.The procedure of foundation seed production for N5088S was ad- vanced as the ″ Three─nursury─one─plot″ method,i.e,single plant selection nursury,single plant line identification nursury,multi─line bulk propagation nursury and founadation seed production plo.To en- sure its purity, the measures should be taken such as controlling the number of the multiplied generations,choosing suitable multiplying plots with good isolation conditions and strictly─operating in the whole pro- cess to keep from mechanically admixing.
