摘要
该文以丰富而翔实的资料就西南地区１９５９～１９６１年三年自然灾害，特别是旱灾的灾情、灾情特点、灾害损失、灾害原因及其经验教训进行了论述．
In terms of reach data the paper expounded the natural disasters from 1959 to 1961 in West-South China,especially the disaster situation,characteristics losses,causes and experiences as well as lessons for droughts in this period are discussed.
