摘要
研究了测量旋转机械叶片振动的间断相位法,提出了测量叶片振动的相对偏移的计算机算法,并将其用8098单片机系统实现;本文还对间断相位法在旋转机械叶片振动在线监测中的应用进行了探讨,为实现整级叶片振动的在线监测提供了一种可用的手段。
In the paper,the discontinuous phase method (DPM) for vibration measurement on the blades of rotating machinery is studied and the algorithm for calculating the relative dynamic deflection between the blades is presented.The algorithm is realized on a 8098 single chip system. The application of DPM for on -line monitoring of blade vibration is also discussed.This offers an available means for on-line monitoring of blade vibration on a whole stage.
