摘要
本文报告40例急性闭合性软组织损伤患者治疗前后皮窗渗出物细胞反应的观察结果,并与40例健康人相比较。其损伤组细胞半定量计数显著增加,中性粒细胞衰亡过程提前。用中药一盘珠汤治疗后,渗出细胞数量减少,单核细胞吞噬现象提前。认为皮窗试验有助于了解损伤局部炎性细胞的移行机能及功能状态,并可作为某些治疗效果及预后的观察指标。
This article presents the results of skin-window cellular response before and after treatment in 40 patients with acute closed soft tissue injury.As compared with that of 40 healthy adults,the results showed that the number of exuda- tive cells by semiquantitative count in the injurinus group was significantly higher than that of healthy group and senescence process of neutrophils appeared obviously earlier than that in healthy group.After treatment with Yipanzhu medicinal decoction, the number of exudative cells decrease and the phagocytic phenomenon of the monocytes was markedly moved up.The publishers suggested that using skin-window test can beneficially understand the locomotive function of inflammatory cells and its functional condition in the injured locotion.So these results can be used for the observable index of evaluating certain therapeutic effects and prognoses.
